Trading 2IC at The Warehouse in Riccarton is a full-time, onsite leadership role supporting the Trading Manager across Shopfloor operations, including the Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You’ll help lead and develop store teams, promote a safe working environment, ensure legal trading requirements are met, and maintain planograms and promotional setups. The ideal candidate will have proven retail experience, strong leadership, a customer focus, and excellent communication, with the right to work in New Zealand. As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You will demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas.
Your role will also encourage you to actively promote a safe environment, and ensure all legal trading requirements are met. You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly.
