Bombardier seeks a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician background to join the Organizational Learning team in Dorval onsite. You will design hands-on activities, set up training environments, deliver sessions for new hires, and coach learners as a subject-matter expert to implement new learning paths. A minimum of 4 years as a Preflight Mechanic Technician is preferred, plus experience in learning, adult education, or coaching, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and bilingual in French and English. - Integrate and develop hands-on activities within our training programs
- Set up the learning environments required for training
- Deliver training sessions and support our new employees
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide the technical expertise required to implement new solutions and learning pathways
- Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners; identify and capture continuous improvement opportunities
- Promote continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Preflight Mechanic Technician
- You have experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
