Bombardier is seeking a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician background to join the Pre-Flight training team in Dorval onsite. In this role you will integrate hands-on activities, set up learning environments, deliver training, coach learners, and drive continuous improvement aligned with the manufacturing plan. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years as a Pre-flight Mechanical Technician, holds a DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance, and M2, EASA B1, or FAA A&P is a plus. You bring strong coaching, project management, interpersonal skills, bilingual French and English, and solid Microsoft Office proficiency.
