Bombardier is seeking a Training Coach - Aircraft Maintenance in Fort Wayne, IN. This onsite, full‑time role centers on hands‑on and just‑in‑time training, establishing a learning culture across network facilities, guiding troubleshooting, and conducting Knowledge Skill Assessment while introducing creative training methods to improve tools and processes. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in corporate aviation or equivalent, with an A&P license preferred and Bombardier product‑line experience preferred. You'll coordinate with management to resolve training issues, deliver aircraft‑specific classroom instruction, and support Learning Advisor tasks.
