Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Transformation Strategy & Roadmap

  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership, in alignment with and under the guidance of the CIT Applications Head’s vision and strategy, to define, prioritize, and drive transformation initiatives within scope.

2. Program & Project Management

  • Lead key delivery projects, including IT application carve-outs, deployments, COPA, and New GL.
  • Ensure stabilization of run activities with external service providers (transitioned in October 2025), including SLA definition, monitoring, and onboarding of new applications.
  • Maintain and continuously improve project methodologies and prioritization processes: set deadlines, allocate resources across teams, monitor scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and timelines, and implement corrective or mitigation actions when needed.
  • Oversee selected aspects of the application lifecycle within the CIT Applications perimeter, including onboarding and offboarding of internal and external resources.

  • Contribute to optimizing the supplier portfolio and sourcing models in support of transformation objectives.

5. Innovation, GenAI & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to GenAI-related initiatives within CIT Applications, in collaboration with internal sponsors and innovation teams, to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Promote the adoption of new tools, practices, and technologies that support automation, standardization, and simplification.
