Virtusa is hiring an experienced Treasury Testing professional for an onsite, full time role in Dubai (CREQ263468). The position demands 5+ years in Banking or Payments Testing, with strong SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022 expertise, and hands on work across Payments, Treasury, Core Banking (Ethix) and Compliance systems (AML and Firco). You will lead SIT, UAT, integration and regression testing, perform API validations and SQL checks, and validate ISO 20022 mappings, XML payloads, message transformations and inbound/outbound SWIFT messages. Basic automation knowledge with Playwright or Selenium and experience in Agile/Scrum tools like JIRA/ALM are required. You’ll support deployments, manage UAT, governance, and project reporting, and mentor junior staff. 5+ years of Banking/Payments Testing experience
Strong knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX messages and ISO 20022
Experience in Payments, Treasury, Core Banking (Ethix), Compliance systems (AML and Firco), and Financial Messaging
Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing
Good understanding of API testing and request/response validation
Experience working with payment engines, screening/compliance systems, and message transformations
Exposure to SQL/database validation
Ability to validate ISO 20022 message mappings, XML payloads, message transformations, inbound and outbound SWIFT messages, exception handling, repair workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Basic automation knowledge using Playwright or Selenium, including script review and identification of automation opportunities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects using JIRA, ALM, or equivalent test management tools.
Capable of supporting application deployments, validating releases, and verifying financial transaction processing after deployment.
Experience in managing UAT activities, coordinating environment setup, and supporting release and version management activities.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, development teams, and support teams.
Ability to prepare test estimates, resource plans, dashboards, status reports, and project metrics for stakeholders.
Good understanding of testing governance, compliance, audit requirements, and maintenance of testing artifacts.
Proven ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and support project delivery within tight timelines.
