Worley Canada Construction is seeking Turnover Coordinator to join our Quality team near Edmonton.
Project Description:
Responsibilities:
Redlining in Bluebeam including Isometrics, P&ID’s, Fabrication spool sheets
Experience with building hydro test packages
Knowledge of welding and NDE reports
Progressively compiling turnover documentation and preparing binders to be shipped with loads/modules
Provide weekly and monthly reports with regard to the status of system completions
Ensure turnover is in accordance to company policies, standards and procedures
Compile all turnover documentation including maintenance manuals and procedures
High School diploma, post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree from an accredited technical school, college or university
Strong computer skills
Intermediate excel skills
Experience with document and data management systems (Encompass and QDMS) is considered an asset
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
The desire to work in a strong team environment to achieve organizational goals, with the ability to work with minimum supervision
