UAE Nationals only, the Senior Personal Banking Advisor (RBG) in Mashreq’s RAK Call Center is a full-time onsite role to delight customers over the phone, uncover banking needs, resolve issues on the spot, convert opportunities to hit targets, and explain procedures while capturing feedback for product development. Ideal candidates hold a university degree (finance banking or maths preferred), are bilingual, have 1–3 years of customer facing experience, and are customer-focused with excellent communication and listening skills and computer literacy. Job Purpose 

 

To delight internal and external customers over the telephone.

  • Interact with customers over the phone to understand their banking needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to achieve customer loyalty.
  • Resolve problems over the telephone on the spot.
  • Convert sales opportunities in order to meet financial targets.
  • Clarify and explain procedures and products over the telephone.
  • Capture and report customer feedback towards continual product development.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

 

  • University Graduate (preferably with some finance / banking or maths component).
  • Bilingual.
  • 1 - 3 years experience
