Experian is looking for a mid-weight User Researcher to join its Product Design team in London, with hybrid work (roughly 40% in the office). You’ll partner with designers and product managers to uncover opportunities across end-to-end product lifecycles, plan and run a mix of usability tests, interviews, diary studies, and card sorts, and blend generative with evaluative research to shape strategy. The ideal candidate has solid in-house product team experience, a track record of turning insights into measurable outcomes, and comfort experimenting with AI tools while keeping rigour. To apply, tailor your CV and portfolio to show impact, problem framing, storytelling, collaboration, and inclusivity or accessibility considerations.
