Experian is hiring a mid-weight User Researcher to join the London Product Design team, onsite, full time. You’ll partner with designers, PMs and engineers across two domains, planning and running research from discovery to post-launch, using methods from usability testing to in-depth interviews and card sorts. Balance generative and evaluative work, apply lean principles, and translate findings into actionable, measurable impact while championing the customer voice. To apply, demonstrate in-house product experience with outcomes, show how you’ve used AI tools to streamline research without compromising rigour, and share end-to-end case studies from framing to impact. Highlight collaboration, storytelling and adaptability to context, and align with Experian’s people-first culture and hybrid work.
