VAS Field Officer

Edenred is looking for a VAS Field Officer to join its team onsite in Dubai, AE, on a full-time basis. Fieldwork that ties cards to everyday life

On a typical day you’ll distribute cards and collect KYC information from the authorized individuals, making sure every step complies with mandatory regulations. You’ll also onboard cardholders to the Edenred app, explaining how the products work and the proper usage of the card so users can get the most from the service. In addition, you’ll run financial inclusion training to help onboard new users to the C3Pay app and you’ll assist cardholders when they run into day-to-day issues with their card or the mobile app. You’ll visit on salary days to support remittance transfers through the C3Pay app, and you may help run campaigns that promote awareness of the C3Pay service and support events, including award ceremonies held at employee residences. You’ll also lead fraud awareness trainings at employee residences and deliver corporate VAS training presentations to the payroll and welfare teams.

• A proven track record as a field officer working with a banking product
