Main goal

The Venue Configuration Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing stadium seating plans within the ticketing system, as well as ensuring an efficient and fair seat allocation process for UEFA’s senior national team competitions (EURO, Women’s EURO and Nations League finals) and club competition finals (Champions League, Women’s Champions League, Europa League and Conference League), plus the UEFA Super Cup.

Key responsibilities

  • Producing and updating stadium seating plans in the ticketing system
  • Performing thorough seat checks at the stadiums
  • Managing and updating seat allocations in the ticketing system
  • Supporting the management of ticket quotas across the different target groups
  • Ensuring a complete, accurate and consistent ticketing inventory of all stadiums
  • Presenting seating plans and stadium configurations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and updating stadium bowl configuration documentation to serve as a reference for the team and for related projects
  • Liaising with the relevant staff internally and at the stadiums to manage ticketing venue configuration adjustments during the final stages of preparations
  • Leading or assisting with on-site operations, particularly in the stadium bowl
  • Providing support for general ticketing operations as required

Requirements

Experience:

  • from 1 to 3 years of experience in a ticketing department or related area, ideally working on large-scale sport events
  • from 1 to 3 years of experience in an international environment

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Languages:

  • English / proficient

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Attention to detail and structured working methods
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure without compromising quality or attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • CAD (AutoCad) knowledge would be an asset
