Aldar is hiring a Vice President of Digital Workspace to own the group’s technology experience across all offices, covering service desk, end-user support, devices and software, AV and meeting room tech, and technology support for corporate events. The role moves from reactive support to a managed employee experience, with experience measurements alongside SLAs, delivered through internal teams and outsourced MSPs. The ideal candidate is a UAE National with 10+ years in end-user services or ITSM leadership, plus 2+ years in a managerial role, strong vendor management, and a track record of standardizing estates. To apply, tailor your CV to show outsourced delivery success, experience metrics, Emiratization impact, and concrete examples of improving user experience and reducing regional variants.
JOB PURPOSE
Own the technology experience of every Aldar employee: the services, devices and workplace technology through which the Group's people work every day, covering service desk, end-user support, end-user software and devices, audio-visual and meeting room technology, and technology support for corporate events.
Shift end-user services from reactive support to a managed employee experience, measured by how well people can work, not only by ticket statistics, delivered through internal teams and outsourced managed services across all Group locations.
The role is for a UAE National
