ELCA Group seeks a Video Producer to join its Corporate Communications team in Pully, Switzerland, full time onsite. The role spans executive interviews, employer branding, event recaps and customer stories, with travel within Switzerland and occasional shoots abroad, plus access to an in-house studio. You’ll lead pre production, on set direction, post production and editing, and manage media assets. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and proficient in Adobe Première Pro or Davinci Resolve, with strong color grading and ideally motion design or corporate video experience, plus the ability to juggle multiple projects. Tailor your portfolio to corporate storytelling, show stakeholder collaboration and brand alignment, and reference ELCA’s YouTube for style.

As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, you will bring ELCA's stories to life through high-impact visual storytelling. Thanks to ELCA's broad diversity of projects and blue-chip clients across multiple industries, you'll enjoy a highly varied and stimulating environment where no two productions are alike.
From executive interviews and employer branding campaigns to event recaps, customer success stories, social media content, and commercial productions, this role will take you beyond the office, as you will regularly travel across our different locations in Switzerland and occasionally support productions abroad, discovering new environments, teams, and stories along the way.

To support your creativity, you'll have access to our brand-new in-house video studio, providing professional-grade facilities for interviews, podcasts, brand content, and innovative productions. To get a taste of the content we create today, feel free to have a look at our YouTube channel.

If you're passionate about storytelling, thrive on variety, and are excited by the prospect of creating high-quality content, this role is made for you!

  • Post-Production & Editing : Serve as the post-production lead to craft engaging, fast-paced edits for various platforms. You excel at rhythmic storytelling while ensuring a consistent look and feel that strictly adheres to ELCA’s brand guidelines.
  • Media Asset Management : Maintain a rigorous archiving system by organizing project files and raw rushes on our dedicated Cloud NAS, ensuring all assets are easily accessible for future use.
