Job Description
GYG moves fast, and so does social. This is the hands-on role that keeps the channels alive. You’ll be shooting and editing platform-native content at the speed social demands, while building real craft alongside a senior creative team. What You'll Do
- Shoot and edit social-first video content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Capture behind-the-scenes, reactive, and trend-led content at speed
- Capture stills and video footage across restaurants, food, team members, and events
- Edit short-form content end to end, including sound, captions, and platform delivery specs
- Support senior shoots as a second shooter and on-set assist
- Contribute ideas to the social content calendar alongside the Social Media Content Manager
- Stay across emerging platforms and content formats, flagging opportunities to the team
- Maintain a working knowledge of platform trends, formats, and creator culture
- Assist with the organisation and management of video equipment and studio resources
- Take direction from senior team members and apply feedback constructively to build craft
What You'll Bring
