What you will do?

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and surfaces
• Restock bar supplies such as beverages, garnishes, and ice
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service

More about you

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience  
• High attention to detail including personal appearance and hygiene  
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
