Smartsheet is seeking a VP of Global Customer Marketing and ABM to lead a global account based and customer marketing function, shaping strategy, go-to-market plans, and driving customer engagement, retention, advocacy and lifetime value. You will define and scale a global ABM program, develop the customer journey, and partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product to align marketing with needs. Leverage data, AI tools, intent data and analytics to prove ROI while building a high performing inclusive team and coordinating with regional counterparts. Requirements include 12+ years in software B2B marketing with ABM, a bachelor’s, and tools like Demandbase, Marketo and Salesforce. Show measurable impact and customer storytelling, and highlight readiness to work remotely from the UK.

As the Vice President of Customer and ABM marketing, you will lead and provide strategic direction for an account-focused team, shaping the strategy and go-to-market plans for our customers and our most strategic accounts. You are responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, advocacy, and lifetime value. This role builds and oversees all marketing programs aimed at existing customers — transforming them into loyal advocates and growth drivers.
This leader will work cross-collaboratively to analyze customer data, collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to support business initiatives, and develop the customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value
They will lead the development and execution of a global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy that drives engagement, accelerates growth, and strengthens relationships with top target accounts—both customers and prospects.
