The Social Hub seeks a full-time Waiter/Waitress in Delft to energize the room, move between tables, bar and kitchen, and deliver warm, confident service in a fast paced setting. The role values hospitality instinct, clear communication with bar and kitchen, proactive service, a clean station and strong teamwork. It requires 1-2 years in hospitality or strong enthusiasm, English and Dutch (additional languages a plus), and a professional appearance with a positive, adaptable mindset. The company offers growth opportunities, cross-border exposure, and B Corp benefits, plus property discounts and a diverse, inclusive team. To apply, tailor your resume to guest moments and show your fit with the hybrid ethos.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
You’re the energy in the room and the friendly face guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub, you keep service flowing with confidence, speed and genuine warmth. You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. You’ll join a tight team that knows how to work hard, laugh hard and bring good vibes to the Hub.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
