THE ROLE:
As a ward clerk on 6 East, you will be responsible for the coordination of communication, patient services and clerical functions as directed by the Nurse Manager of designated ward or department. You will facilitate communication between the many teams working on the ward, as well as connecting patients with their families and coordinating patient services. In this role you will promote and maintain excellent customer relations with patients, visitors and hospital personnel while holding patient confidentiality in high regard.
