Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–4:30pm

Blundstone is an iconic Australasian footwear brand with a strong reputation across work, safety and lifestyle markets. We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Henderson team and help lead our warehouse operations.

Reporting to the NZ Operations Manager, this role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with day-to-day leadership of a small team.

About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities while supporting and developing a team of approximately five employees. This is a practical leadership role where you will lead by example and work alongside the team to ensure safe, efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, dispatch, replenishment and inventory control.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to warehouse team members.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
  • Pick, pack, receive and dispatch stock as required.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Prioritise urgent orders and customer requirements.
  • Support customer service and retail sales counter activities as required.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.
  • Train and support team members to build capability and operational knowledge.
  • Ensure warehouse procedures and standards are consistently followed.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

Essential Requirements

  • Three years' experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
  • Previous warehouse or storeperson experience involving receipting, dispatch, inventory management and stock control.
  • Experience leading, coaching, training or directing the work of others.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to prioritise work and solve day-to-day operational issues.

Desirable Requirements

  • Current Forkhoist/Forklift Licence.
  • Reach truck experience.
  • Experience training or onboarding new team members.
  • Experience implementing operational improvements.
