Show off your must-have skills with concrete examples: demonstrate your analytical thinking, organizational strengths, and your track record managing material movements in an ERP system, plus how you’ve enforced FIFO/FEFO and improved stock accuracy.
Be ready to discuss how you handle stock discrepancies, cycle counts, and inventory reporting. Share a story about a time you implemented a process improvement in a store operation and the measurable impact it had on accuracy or efficiency.
Ask about the ERP system they use and how cross-functional collaboration with Production, Procurement, QC, and Logistics is structured day to day. A good question shows you’ve thought about how you’ll fit into their workflow and contribute from day one.
