London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days p/week in-office)

Role Overview:
As our Web Producer you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and optimisation of our web properties. You will support the Senior Web Producer in launching new pages, localising content for global markets, and ensuring our CMS remains organised and SEO-optimised. This role is highly executional, focusing on turning designs into functional, responsive web experiences.

Your Impact: 

  • Web Execution & CMS Management: Build, update, and launch web pages within the CMS, ensuring all content follows brand guidelines and technical best practices.
  • Technical Implementation: Use design and development tools to make layout adjustments, fix front-end bugs, and ensure 100% responsiveness across mobile and desktop.
  • Global Localisation: Execute the localisation workflow—uploading translated content, and ensuring regional sites are culturally and technically accurate.
  • SEO & Technical Audits: Run regular site crawls to identify broken links, duplicate content, or crawl errors; implement on-page SEO metadata and fix technical health issues.
  • Site Speed & Optimisation: Optimise image assets and code delivery to improve page load times; monitor performance metrics to ensure a seamless mobile and desktop experience.
  • Project Coordination: Track tasks across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring documentation is up to date and stakeholders are informed of status updates.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous testing on new launches to identify bugs, navigation issues, or tracking gaps before they go live.
  • Working cross functionally. 

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a web production, SEO, or junior front-end development role.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience working within a CMS and a foundational understanding of content creation and localisation workflows.
  • Portfolio/ Background: A track record of successfully managing web content updates and a keen eye for detail regarding layout and design consistency.
  • Strong project management skills and ability operating in a high volume and high velocity environment 
  • AI experience: You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
  • System/ Tools: Adobe AEM, Sanity, Google Workspace.

Soft-skills:

  • Self-starter with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Relationship building and management skills with a variety of stakeholders technical and non-technical
  • Strong growth mindset, highly inquisitive, and loves problem solving

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
