Mō te tūranga - About the role

As a Website Content Publisher in our Marketing Performance team, you'll play a key role in keeping the ANZ website up to date and contributing to an excellent customer experience through efficient, high-quality content publishing. Supporting one of Aotearoa’s most visited websites, you'll work with a range of stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with ANZ's digital standards and brand guidelines.

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like?

You'll be responsible for publishing and maintaining content on the ANZ website, ensuring it meets quality, accessibility, compliance, and brand standards. Working closely with content owners and stakeholders across the business, you'll help deliver content updates that support a seamless customer experience.

As a Website Content Publisher, you will:

• Build and publish content on the ANZ website to agreed deadlines and standards, ensuring content is error-free, accessible, and aligned with ANZ's digital design system, style, and brand guidelines.
• Manage a Jira board for content publishing requests.
• Communicate with content owners to ensure content updates are completed correctly, on time, and with appropriate documentation.
• Minimise risk by following approval, publishing, and content management processes.
• Support and contribute to content design and optimisation initiatives.
• Undertake regular content management and maintenance activities.

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Experience using an enterprise content management system to publish, update, and maintain web content, following established publishing, review, and approval processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Strong organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation, communication, and self-motivation.
• A collaborative approach to problem solving, with proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with a design system or component library, style guides, and brand guidelines.
• Working knowledge of web accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Experience with tools such as Jira, Figma, Adobe products, or web analytics platforms would be an advantage.
