Arvida Group Limited is hiring a full‑time Wellness Partner to work onsite in Tauranga, enriching residents’ lives in independent living and aged care through a resident‑led approach guided by Being There, In it Together and Look for a Way. You’ll support personal care, promote independence, observe health conditions, and engage in ongoing training, always with kindness and purpose. Key requirements include empathy, teamwork, integrity, energy, and flexibility for rosters that include weekends and nights; NZ residents are prioritised, with NZQF Level 2–3 (or one year of relevant experience) or Level 4 with three years’ experience, and English proof if overseas. Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.
Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.
