Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting production operations within the Manufacturing Department, with a focus on electrical and electronic systems used in specialized industrial equipment. This role involves assembly, wiring, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality production standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manufacturing and assembly tasks including cables, ignition bulbs, screens, and various component assembliesExecute basic machine wiring techniques such as cutting, terminating, soldering, and crimping wireAssemble electronic components and devices according to product specifications and blueprintsUtilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete buildsAssemble and wire lamp housings and related componentsPrepare and kit electronic parts and assembliesConduct low-level testing and complete associated production documentationFollow established work instructions and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environmentDevelop knowledge and skills to support advancement within the electromechanical assembly function
QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma requiredMinimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experienceTechnical training or an associate degree in Electronics preferredExperience working with electrical or electronic systems strongly preferred
