The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a Work Management Centre Service Representative (WMC Rep) to join our energy and Utilities business in Auckland. The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service across the business work groups that continually improves and grows the relationships with our Customers/Clients.

The WMC Representative will be scheduled to work from 10:30am to 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday as your designated days off. Flexibility is essential for this role, as working hours and days may vary depending on the needs of the company.

What we are looking for 

  • Proven experience in providing quality customer service through sound communication and customer management skills, including issue and conflict resolution
  • Proven team player, able to work toward common goals and participate in quality improvements
  • Demonstrated keyboard skills, proven speed in typing and competence in operating computerized systems such as databases, email and Windows driven packages
  • Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge (or already have knowledge) of service and products
  • Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive and ownership and commitment
  • Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving the team goals
