In this role, you’ll play a key part in meeting contractual requirements and job management targets by triaging work orders, planning and scheduling tasks, and overseeing the full job workflow process.

• Receive, review, and prioritise work order requests, clarifying details with clients where needed
• Schedule and coordinate multi-trade jobs, including setting appointments with clients and tenants
• Manage disruptions caused by sickness, weather, or urgent work
• Identify and escalate risks where jobs are at risk of delay
• Maintain accurate job data, documentation, and records for compliance and claims
• Support continuous improvements to processes and help deliver a safe, customer-focused service
