Merck Group is seeking a working student for the Event Management team in the Business Operations & Services department in Weiterstadt, part-time onsite. Under guidance of specialists you will handle registration forms, update participant lists, prepare travel proposals, and coordinate with the MHG office, field service, doctors and event agencies, while keeping data and documents in OneNote and SharePoint and processing invoices. The ideal candidate brings deep MS 365 know-how, a careful and independent work style, strong communication in German and English at C1, and prior office experience. If you have hands on event coordination or admin experience, tailor your resume to highlight MS 365 proficiency, attention to detail and teamwork, and show enthusiasm for joining a diverse, inclusive culture. Your Role:

We are looking for a working student (all genders) for the Event Management team in the Business Operations & Services department. Under the guidance and with the support of our specialists, you will carry out the following activities: Creation of registration forms, maintenance and updating of participant lists, creation of travel proposals, communication with the responsible colleagues in the MHG office and field service, with doctors and event agencies. The job is rounded off by data and document maintenance in OneNote and on Sharepoint as well as management of the necessary accompanying documents and invoices.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Very good knowledge of MS 365: Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, Sharepoint and MS Forms
  • Careful, structured and independent working style
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent (C1) language skills: German, English
  • Work experience in an office job (internship or similar)
