You should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, PM, or a related field, have strong English skills (German a plus), and be proficient with MS Office and project tools like MS Project or Trello. Your Role:
As a Working Student (all genders) in PMO and Change Management Communication, you will play a vital role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and facilitating effective change management communication for the MDigital Cockpit project. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of communication plans related to the MDigital Cockpit project.
Support the PMO in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Help prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on project implementation and change management initiatives.
Contribute to the creation of change management materials, including newsletters, FAQs, and training guides.
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Create enabling videos using the tool Synthesia
