What will you do?
In this Working Student role within BA Wind, you will be an integral part of a team that is dedicated to advancing both operational excellence and innovation in renewable energy. Your contribution supports our drive for smarter processes and enhanced project outcomes, helping us deliver on Vattenfall’s ambition for fossil freedom. Success in this position means making a measurable impact by consolidating inputs for improved project management tools and supporting ongoing initiatives that strengthen our business.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support day-to-day operations, utilising Excel and Power BI to analyse data and create actionable insights. By assisting with internal process optimisation and product development projects, you help translate ideas into practical improvements. You will also play a hands-on role in smaller projects such as producing promotional videos or learning materials that enable knowledge-sharing throughout the team.
