Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive technical and visual inspections of incoming parts and materials, verifying conformance to blueprints, technical drawings, and specification sheets
  • Oversee internal material distribution to ensure production lines and departments receive the correct parts in a timely manner
  • Design and maintain an optimized warehouse layout that maximizes space utilization, upholds safety standards, and improves picking efficiency
  • Collaborate with the logistics team during peak periods to support accurate order packing, verification, and shipment documentation

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations within a technology-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers
  • Naturally curious and proactive — you ask how things work, spot what could be better, and stay open to learning as you go
  • Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion without needing to be chased
  • Very good English skills, in both spoken and written English (B2 or better)
  • No prior professional experience required — what matters most is a genuine willingness to learn, a hands-on approach, and a can-do attitude
