voize is seeking a Working Student in Recruiting (Volume Hiring) in Berlin to help scale our hiring engine for Customer Success and Training teams and to grow university partnerships. In this part time onsite role you will support end to end volume hiring, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and contribute to campus events that feed our fast moving pipeline. You should be enrolled at a university with some exposure to recruiting or HR, be fluent in German at C1, and bring a bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and a self starter mindset. As Working Student Recruiting (Volume Hiring), you help us hire quickly without cutting corners, and support our Customer Success & Training teams (CX) with volume hiring. You'll work closely with the wider team, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help build the university partnerships that keep bringing great people our way.

• Support end-to-end volume hiring for CX, from job posting to offer

• Screen applications and schedule interviews for high-volume, fast-moving pipelines (onboarding managers, trainers, care experts etc..)

• Help build university partnerships with career centers and student groups

• Join campus events and info sessions that bring young talent into our pipeline

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in a relevant field

• Some exposure to recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination work

• Bias to action; moves before conditions are perfect and iterates in the open

• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace

• Speak Fluent C1 German
