JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a dynamic, suitably qualified, and experienced individual to fill the position of Youth Banking Representative for our Manchester location. The Youth Banking Representative will contribute to the achievement of sales, service and other Unit targets by:
· Understanding member/customer needs and recommending suitable products utilizing the JN preferred way of selling.
· Selling our products and services, opening/changing accounts and referring members and customers to the products and services offered by the
· companies within the group.
· Processing and delivering responses to service requests from members and customers.
· Attend organized engagement activities with assigned regions for our JN WAY, School Savers Programme and any other group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Relationship Building
- Understanding member/customer needs and recommending suitable products utilizing the JN preferred way of selling.
- Selling JN Bank’s products and services, opening/changing accounts as needed to close a sale and referring members and customers to the products and services offered by the companies within the group.
- Identify prospects for new members, make contact and discuss their needs. Sell products and services that will meet their needs.
- Penetration of JN Bank contractual savings to existing & new customers.
- Get to know existing members and profile them as prospects for additional products and services. Discuss their needs and sell products and services that meet those needs.
- Follow-up on Branch Leads in a timely manner.
- Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms & compliance.
- CRM (Salesforce) used to capture and organize customer information.
- CRM (Salesforce) used to record all customer interaction.
- Confirm receipt of referrals for product and service sales and make contact with the prospect.
Customer / Member Service
- Provide information and service to all members of JN Bank and all customers of the Jamaica National Group
- Confirm member/customer identification and determine account and transaction needs
- Facilitate completion of documentation and collection of KYC information for account opening to close Unit Sales and execute the opening of the account.
- Confirm member request and advise transaction that will be done to meet their needs
- Process member requests
- Open accounts, make account changes and follow through on all account queries and requests for JN Bank members as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Marketing or other relevant field from a recognized institution.
- 1 year of administrative support, events planning or project management experience in a fast-paced environment would be an asset
