This casual onsite role supports routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing, builds relationships and encourages independence in a safe home. Key requirements: minimum 2 years in complex disability or youth support, ability to stay calm in demanding situations, driver's licence with reliable vehicle, and current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.
