MacKillop Family Services is hiring several Residential Care Workers for an immediate start across the Barwon region, in part-time or casual roles within Out of Home Care, reporting to the Residential House Supervisor. You’ll support young people with complex needs in safe, therapeutic accommodation, helping them build life skills with empathy and consistent boundaries. Key requirements are a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or related qualification), a valid driver’s licence, satisfactory Working with Children and NDIS checks, First Aid, and a willingness to undertake training such as Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Sanctuary.
