职位描述
1. Support offline sales operations in the market, assisting in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for offline retail
3. channels, providing insights to develop channel strategies and
4. promotional plans.
5. Assist in managing relationships with key retail partners, ersuring
6. timely communication and effective execution of sales programs.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Markketing
8. Product, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment in product launches, pricing, and in-store promotions.
9. Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store display execution, and customer feedback, providing data-driven
10. recommendations for improvement.
职位要求
1. 24-25届毕业生,本科及以上学历,专业不限
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
5. Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Passion for consumer electronics, retail sales, and brand development.
