As a trusted advisor, you will coach leaders, lead organisational change, embed initiatives, and ensure policy alignment with contractual obligations. You’ll work with the Senior People BP to execute the People Plan, shape organisational improvements, and use people data to inform decisions while building stakeholder relationships. As a trusted advisor, you will coach and support leaders, build organisational capability and help foster a high performing, engaged and inclusive culture. Working collaboratively across MTM and Alliance teams, you will champion a 'One Team' approach while ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, people strategies and business objectives.
You will play a key role in embedding people initiatives, leading organisational change, and driving consistent application of MTM's people policies, frameworks and processes to deliver positive outcomes for leaders, employees and the business.
