Advice for applicants

Lead your resume with hands-on asset management experience and ITIL-aligned work, highlighting any direct use of AMT Asset Management Software and your on-call incident handling track record.

Show concrete proof of the must-have skills by sharing examples of root-cause analyses you’ve conducted, knowledge base updates you authored, and tickets you resolved within service levels, ideally with measurable outcomes.

In interviews, be ready to describe a time you handled an escalated incident, the steps you took to diagnose the problem, and how your actions improved first-call resolution or overall CSAT scores.

When you wrap, ask a targeted question about the tech stack and processes: what AM tools are currently in use, how ITIL practices are implemented, and how knowledge management is shared across the team. This signals you’re ready to contribute from day one.
