Desk-side services in action

You’ll work with AMT Asset Management Software to support asset lifecycle activities, respond to client requests, and partner with teammates to implement improvements.

You’ll be on call for escalated issues, performing root-cause analysis using asset-management tools to identify recurring problems and stop them from resurfacing. You’ll also contribute to the knowledge base and lead training sessions for new hires, sharing insights to boost team capability.

When tickets arrive, you’ll resolve them within the agreed service levels and track incidents end-to-end using asset management software. The aim is to create a positive customer experience with high CSAT scores, targeting first-call resolution and minimizing rejected or reopened cases.
