Reports To: Managing Quantity Surveyor

Job Purpose

The Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Contracts and Commercial Department, ensuring that contractual documentation, correspondence, records, and reporting are properly maintained, organized, and readily accessible.

 

The role supports the Contracts and Commercial team in the efficient administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle and ensures that key contractual information, deadlines, and submissions are properly tracked.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum High Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of relevant administrative or contract support experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or contracting industry.
  • Experience working within a Contracts, Commercial, Procurement, or Project environment is advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
