In-store leadership in action
On the shop floor you’ll partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to hit targets and create an optimal consumer experience within an Adidas concept store. You’ll model the company’s service and selling standards, inspiring the team to perform at their best and to represent the brand with impact. Visual merchandising will be kept up to Adidas standards and stock replenishment managed to maintain a smooth flow from stockroom to floor. You’ll train and coach the team to sharpen service skills and build solid product knowledge, including seasonal offerings, and you’ll coordinate peers to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process. Sharing best practices to boost overall store performance will be part of your routine as you help the team grow.

Nice-to-have experience
- Experience as a Retail Team Leader in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear
