Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Chatswood Chase
Alo YogaAlo Yoga is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to join its Chatswood Chase location in Sydney, onsite. The brand centres on mindful movement and a studio-to-street philosophy that aims to bring the practice off the mat into everyday life. This role is a great fit for someone who loves connecting with guests, sharing product knowledge, and being part of a team that values feedback and growth.
The Sales Associate helps the store reach its sales goals by delivering the Alo experience and teaching customers about the community and culture. You’ll become an expert on product details, from fabrics to features, design to care, and you’ll use that knowledge to guide guests toward the right choices while building authentic relationships.
The job is a hands-on, on-your-feet position that moves you around the floor and back of house, with a rotating roster that includes peak periods and weekends. It suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, appreciates collaboration, and wants to contribute to a brand that’s expanding across Australia.
A day on the shop floor
Each day centers on driving sales while creating an authentic, brand-aware experience for every guest. You’ll help shoppers explore gear and lifestyle items, share real product insights, and weave in the culture behind Alo to make shopping feel meaningful.
In partnership with the leadership team, you’ll review store data, help plan actions to close gaps, and support initiatives aimed at improving performance. You’ll also help ensure solid floor coverage and lead selling efforts when needed, keeping momentum consistent across the day.
Beyond sales, you’ll stay on top of store goals, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives, while assisting with shipments, replenishment, merchandising, and the smooth operation of both front and back of house procedures. The role requires constant movement and, when not helping guests, you’ll pitch in to keep the store inviting, clean and running efficiently.
