Creatio, a global AI CRM and workflow platform, is hiring in Dubai for a full-time AI Consultant. The company helps midsize and large organizations run customer workflows with AI agents, serving thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automating tens of millions of workflows every day. This role sits at the crossroads of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, offering you a chance to guide customers from idea to implementation. The position is based in Dubai with a hybrid work setup, and it’s a fit for someone who enjoys turning complex problems into practical AI solutions and collaborating across product, engineering, sales and customer success.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them shape their AI strategy, map out adoption roadmaps, and design AI agent concepts and specifications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure agents are deployed at scale and delivering solid ROI for the business, while staying connected to the latest developments in AI technologies. If you’re drawn to enterprise-grade projects, love translating business needs into concrete technical plans, and want to make a measurable impact through AI, this may be the right fit.

The Dubai-based role invites you to partner with customers, understand their domains and processes, and translate those insights into actionable designs and implementation proposals. You’ll define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, SaaS apps, APIs and workflows, and you’ll prepare the agent specifications and documentation that delivery teams rely on. The position also calls for supporting executive discussions on AI strategy and staying current with emerging AI trends and industry best practices, while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Delivery teams across pre-sales, implementation and adoption.

Building AI adoption roadmaps in Dubai

On a day-to-day basis, the AI Consultant helps customers uncover opportunities for AI across their business processes and shapes adoption roadmaps that prioritize the highest-impact use cases. The work starts with a deep dive into each client’s domain and processes to assess where AI can drive the most meaningful business outcomes, pairing this with a view of technical feasibility. From there, the role frames problems as concrete solution concepts, documenting requirements, success metrics, and guardrails that guide delivery. You’ll design AI agent solutions and reimagine workflows around them to cut repetitive tasks and open up new capabilities, clearly outlining how agents connect with enterprise systems and the surrounding tech stack. Documentation and agent specifications become the backbone for delivery teams to execute effectively, and you’ll regularly partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Delivery through the journey from pre-sales to adoption. Finally, you’ll support executive-level discussions about AI strategy while keeping a pulse on the latest agentic AI trends and practical best practices.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strong ability to analyze business needs, map processes to value, and conduct discovery that drives measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and automating business processes, plus comfort with APIs and integrations.
  • Experience in roles that involve client-facing solution work, such as solution consulting, AI consulting, solution implementation, or similar enterprise advisory.
  • Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents that demonstrate real impact.
  • Proven skill in translating business requirements into concrete designs and implementation plans, including success metrics and guardrails.
  • A track record working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders, accompanied by strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid analytical and systems-thinking abilities and excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Delivery teams in pre-sales, implementation or adoption contexts would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems such as CRM or ERP environments would be advantageous.
  • Active interest in staying current with AI trends and agent-centric developments would help you stay ahead.

Compensation and the practical setup

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Dubai as a full-time position. Creatio describes its package as competitive, with benefits designed to support you and your family; the exact package varies by country of residence and employment type. Alongside compensation, the employer emphasizes growth and development through clear career paths and mentorship, flexibility to manage your schedule, recognition for your contributions, a culture open to new ideas, and a benefits and rewards package that reflects your role and location.

Tips for standing out in this AI role

Place a concrete AI adoption project at the top of your resume, ideally one where you defined the adoption roadmap, built an AI agent concept, and demonstrated measurable outcomes such as ROI or efficiency improvements.

When you describe your experience, focus on a narrative that shows how you translated a business problem into an AI agent design, including the success metrics you used and the guardrails you put in place to manage risk.

Be ready to walk through an end-to-end story of collaboration across pre-sales, implementation and adoption, including examples of executive-level AI strategy discussions you’ve led or contributed to.

Have a thoughtful question ready about Creatio’s current AI adoption roadmap and the top AI use cases they’re prioritizing for customers, illustrating you’ve considered how your skills would drive meaningful results there.
