Day-to-day rhythm in the Amsterdam store
On a typical day you’ll interact directly with customers, sharing the story behind Motel a Miio’s ceramics and accessories and helping shoppers select pieces that match their style. You’ll also oversee the flow of daily operations, balancing sales targets with budgeting considerations while keeping the floor well-presented and stocked. You’ll keep the team energized and supported, leading by example in your own sales approach and customer service, and you’ll plan shifts to cover busy periods while maintaining smooth service. In addition, you’ll handle goods management to ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment, so shelves stay inviting and products remain available.
