This role offers clinical leadership in a 24/7 trauma-informed, home setting with a 7 day rotating roster and a salary package of $100k to $112k plus super. You will lead handovers, champion recovery-oriented practice, and work with the team to deliver evidence-informed, holistic care. Requirements: RN with AHPRA, postgraduate MH nursing, experience in mental health and eating disorders, Australian working rights, Driver’s licence, WWCC and background check. The Department
Ngamai Wilam is a newly built 12-bed residential eating disorder treatment facility in Armadale. Jointly funded by the Australian Federal Government and the Victorian Government, this specialist statewide service will be managed by Alfred Care Group.
Ngamai Wilam provides 24/7 trauma-informed, recovery-focused care for adults aged 18 and over in a gender-inclusive, home-like therapeutic environment. With a strong emphasis on family and chosen supports, our team is dedicated to person-centred care that promotes long-term recovery.
