This role provides strategic leadership for facilities asset management, develops Asset Class Strategies, and coordinates the Annual Infrastructure Works Plan to improve asset performance, risk management and investment decision making under the Asset Management Excellence Framework. You will ensure governance, contractual obligations and regulatory standards align with end-of-franchise commitments while collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Infrastructure Delivery to prioritise assets. Key requirements include a relevant degree, experience in lifecycle asset management (ISO 55001), and a proven ability to manage complex work programs and deliver safe operations with clear reporting.
