Accor’s The Sebel Mandurah is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Front Office operations, uphold brand standards, and boost guest satisfaction and profitability. You’ll manage check-ins and check-outs, resolve issues, coach the team, communicate policies, and step in for senior leadership when needed, all while prioritizing safety. Requirements include a Hospitality or Business diploma (preferred), at least 2 years Front Office hotel experience, strong leadership, Opera Cloud PMS and MS Office proficiency, and a guest focused mindset. As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading our Front Office team to success. Reporting to the Front Office Manager your days will be dynamic - think managing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. You'll work closely with a passionate team to uphold our brand standards and maximize both guest satisfaction and profitability.
