Tips for applicants
Lead with your UAE National status and your Rehlaty alignment on your resume, and show how you intend to progress toward a Relationship Manager role. Highlight any experience you have in onboarding, prospecting and turning needs assessments into concrete solutions for Priority Banking clients, and give examples of how you’ve maintained compliance with KYC, AML and sanctions rules.
When you prove the must-haves, focus on concrete outcomes: describe how you planned activity, managed a portfolio and delivered against targets, and share examples of how you kept client data accurate and compliant in systems. If you have CRM or digital engagement experience, explain how you used those tools to drive client conversations and conversions, not just to log interactions.
For interview prep, be ready to discuss translating scorecard objectives into actionable plans and how you would prioritise engagement using data-led insights. Be prepared to walk through a recent portfolio review or onboarding you led, including the outcomes you achieved and how you handled any risks or regulatory considerations.
Smart questions to ask include how the Rehlaty development journey is structured, what milestones you should hit to progress to a Relationship Manager, and how success is measured in the Priority Banking segment, specifically, how scorecard metrics translate into daily activities and client outcomes.
