The Walt Disney Company is looking for an Associate Program Manager to join the Disney+ Launch PMO in London. This position sits within the Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) unit, helping to steer strategic launches and ongoing programs across Disney’s streaming ecosystem. The role is based in the London Hammersmith office, four days a week on site, with one work-from-home day on either Monday or Friday. It’s a good fit for someone who likes turning a jumble of activities into a clear plan and who excels at coordinating across multiple teams and leaders in a global business.

Disney’s DTC portfolio spans film, television, news, sports, games and more, and this team sits at the intersection of Disney Entertainment’s streaming strategy. You’ll work closely with the broader Entertainment group, including teams in Product and Technology, Content, Marketing and various international business units, under the guidance of LPMO program leaders to align and deliver across several workstreams and launch initiatives.

Orchestrating launches across Disney+

In this role you’ll help shape and manage a diverse slate of initiatives that touch monetization, subscriber growth, content, marketing, data and legal programs. Your day-to-day will balance planning with practical execution, creating clarity where there’s ambiguity, keeping stakeholders informed about progress, risks and dependencies, and ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities. You’ll support the delivery of work segments that span multiple functional areas and regions, coordinating efforts across product, content and international teams to hit launch milestones.

You’ll also contribute to launch operations, coordinating localization, assets, advertising execution, content scheduling and legal reviews as part of bringing new features and global expansions to life. The role calls for a pragmatic approach to governance and process, just enough structure to stay on track, without bogging down momentum, while maintaining easy access to status updates for leaders at all levels.

What you’ll bring to the program

  • At least three years of hands-on program or project management experience in a large corporate setting, within a direct-to-consumer streaming business or a consulting firm.
  • A basic working knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • International or cross-market experience is a bonus, showing you can adapt to different cultures and regulatory environments.
  • Comfort with a broad set of tools to support project delivery, including AI-assisted tools and the suite of platforms used here: Airtable, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira and Smartsheet.

Nice-to-haves to set you apart

  • Experience doing consulting work for software products, marketing, content, legal or media operations.
  • One or more recognised project management certifications such as IAMP, PMP, MPM or CSM.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay, perks and practical details in London

The role follows a hybrid work pattern in London: four days per week in the Hammersmith office with one remote day (on a Monday or Friday). Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, private medical insurance and dental care, and the chance to visit Disney Theme Parks (subject to availability and policy rules). Disney also offers a broad range of discounts on merchandise, food and beverage, resort hotels, cruises, and experiences, as well as generous parental and guardian leave. The company supports employee affinity groups such as WOMEN @ Disney, Disney Mosaic, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED and TRUST, and provides accommodations for applicants with disabilities during the application or interview process. The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes a diverse range of voices, backgrounds and experiences.

If you need accommodations to participate in the application process, perform essential job functions, or receive other benefits, you can request them by contacting Disney so they can support you appropriately.

Advice for applicants stepping into this role

Lead with a concise project snapshot on your resume that shows how you turned a chaotic set of tasks into a clear plan, coordinating across monetization, content, marketing, data and legal teams to meet a launch milestone.

When you describe your must-have skills, tie them to concrete examples that demonstrate your ability to manage programs across a matrix of teams, and highlight any hands-on use of Airtable, Jira, Confluence or other collaboration tools to keep work progressing and visible.

In interviews, be prepared to discuss how you handle governance, risks and dependencies, and provide examples of balancing a rigorous process with the need for speed, showing how you apply the concept of “just enough” process rigor in real-world scenarios.

Ask a targeted question about how the London team interfaces with Disney Entertainment, Product + Tech, Content and international units, and how success is measured for the Launch PMO. This will show you’re thinking about cross‑functional alignment and tangible outcomes, not just tasks.
