Advice for applicants

Lead with leadership. On your resume, put your experience heading a team of Account Managers and the resulting revenue and margin outcomes front and center, especially in quarterly cycles.

Show evidence of the must-have skills. Include concrete merchant stories that demonstrate onboarding large enterprise clients, product adoption progress, and how you’ve coordinated across product, engineering, and ops to deliver solutions that merchants value.

Prepare for the interview by detailing examples of cross-functional collaboration and complex negotiations. Be ready to discuss how you’ve managed risk and kept merchant satisfaction high while pursuing growth.

Ask a smart question. Consider asking how PayPal measures success for large enterprise accounts and how the team supports onboarding and long-term partnerships to deliver sustained value.
